Nautel believes that your privacy on the internet is extremely important. For this reason, we do not trade, sell or rent personal information collected about you to any third parties.
This Privacy Policy outlines how Nautel may gather and use the information you provide.
What information does Nautel collect and how does Nautel use this information?
By visiting our websites, you are under no obligation to provide any personal information to Nautel. However the information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your Nautel experience.
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses nautelpower.com. We also receive and store any information you enter on our websites or give to us in any other way.
You may choose not to provide certain requested information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some value-add features, including the Nautel Users’ Group (NUG). We also use the information you provide to analyze our performance, respond to your requests, provide support, improve our services and products, and to communicate with you.

We collect passwords and similar security information used for authentication and account access (e.g. free NUG account).

And we may receive confirmation when you open and click in emails from us if your computer supports such capabilities. This helps us make our emails more useful and valuable to our customers.
In an effort to continually improve our products and services, we reserve the right to use your personal information to conduct Nautel market research and on-line surveys. This may include contacting recent and/or past Nautel website visitors who have provided personal information to Nautel.
Our web servers and Google Analytics may automatically gather demographic, device and usage information. Does Nautel share your information with other third parties?

What is the policy regarding Nautel’s ownership of information?
All opinions, ideas, suggestions, and other feedback submitted to our websites may be used by Nautel, without any restriction and free of charge, and nothing contained in this policy shall limit or otherwise affect this.
There may be instances where we request or permit the submission of your opinions/ideas. In such instances you will be required to agree to the terms of a Nautel prepared agreement related to the provision of such information prior to its submission.
What about Nautel’s links to other sites?
We may add external links to other related websites. We will certainly try to link to websites that maintain the same high regard for privacy on the Internet as we do; however, we are not responsible for the content or the data gathered on such linked sites.
California Do Not Track Disclosure
Given that there is no currently accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, Nautel does not recognize or respond to such signals.
